Bio:

The Major Law Firm is a personal injury law firm based in San Antonio, Texas serving the entire State of Texas.

Accepts English & Spanish speaking clients. 

         

The Major Law Firm operates on a 37.5% pre litigation fee and 40% litigation 

 *Always ask if there were passengers and if they were injured to try and get another client. 
*Firm will not cover more than 1 passenger in each accident.
*Create a MVA Matter Form for any passengers.

* Get police report from client if they have it. (Use custom form link - Police Report Request Form)

* If client was compensated for vehicle damage by their insurance company and not bodily, they must be able to show proof of the letter they received with compensation check and must state on letter that funds were for property damage only. 
Case Qualifications:

Accident

  • Was in Texas

  • Occurred within 1 year

  • Police must have been called to scene and there must be a police report. 

  • Police must have stated on report that other party was at fault 

 

Client

  • Is not at fault

  • Must have a personal injury claim. 

  • At Fault driver must have insurance or Client must have insurance with UM (Uninsured Motorist) coverage 

  • Was in or operating any of the following types of vehicles

    • Auto, Commercial, Motorcycle, Truck/Semi

    • Bicycle - Client cannot be at fault and must have been hit by a vehicle with insurance.

    • Bus Cases - We will take client that were not at fault and hit by bus. No passenger of busses.

    • Pedestrian - client must have been hit by a vehicle

    • Rideshare - We will take a client who was a passenger to a rideshare, regardless of who is at fault. If the PC is the driver of the rideshare vehicle they cannot be at fault.

  • Had treatment within 30 days of accident. 

  • Must have had a follow up treatment no more than 30 days from first treatment. 

  • Any type of treatment ( ER/Urgent Care/PCP)

  • Will only represent two people per car accident

  • Will accept 1 passenger as long as they are not married to diver of vehicle.

  • Will accept OBO cases as long as client calling is spouse, guardian or next of kin.  

  • Must have a release letter if the potential client has retained an attorney for this specific case.

  • Will accept English & Spanish clients

Disqualifications:

  • Accident was over a year from current date

  • Had no medical treatment or treatment was more than 30 days from accident. 

  • Client was At Fault

  • Client did not have UM/UIM and the at fault driver had no insurance.

  • At Fault Insurance company denied liability. (They do not believe their policyholder is responsible for an accident or injuries.)

    • This typically happens when the police can not determine who was at fault. ​

  • Client has an attorney
